Well, not to sure what value it is, but I'm looking for the Gold Step atenuator. I'm thinking about getting the Bottlehead Foreplay extended 3 preamp. I don't want the 11 step atenuators and resistors. I'd rather just have one or two good full step atenuators. Someone said the Gold ones are excellent cheaper than the Dact, and sound every bit as good.

At $150 they aren't that much cheaper than DACT.
