these should be a nine but rated 8 just to be conservative. Superb sounding 600WPC @ 8ohm monoblocks. They run class A up to about 150wpc as far as I can determine. They are just way too much for my Vandersteen 5A's which have builtin 400w sub amps. I bought these just to try them out. I would be interested in a tube amp trade - must be mono blocks and 200WPC +(must retail/resale for around the same as these Pass amps). These would be the best of both worlds for a SS lover looking for a sweet non fatiguing sounding amp with virtually unlimited power. They are dead quiet in operation - NO transformer hum like some high powered amps - and they are beautiful to look at with the blue glowing meter's! Retail on these is $20,000 plus shipping etc. I'll sell these mint 5 month old monos for $9750 + Shipping. Thats over 50% off retail on essentially new amps. Paypal preferred - will split fee. If your local to St. Augustine FL you can come check them out. I may be open to delivery within 100 miles or so.
