Guys, I have a 7025 tube that I pulled years ago from a console.  I have scanned the only marking on the tube, does anyone know anything about it, brand, anything?

my guess is a g.e. 7025. it's a good sub for 5751. good input tube and usually sound pretty decent, though i don't think i've heard the g.e. version.

   I think is a low noise version of the 12AX7

Thanks for the feedback SYG.  I put it in place of the 12AX7 in my 102b, sounds good, not too different from the Electro Harmonix that was installed previously.

  Anyway, did a little search and here's what I found to confirm my answer...

  ... go to number 10 below. As for maker of the tube... picture of the whole tube will be needed and what brand of the console you pulled it from.  Maybe someone might know.

Thanks for the info Buddy.  The tube looks just like a 12AX7 and only has the markings shown in the pic.  I can't be certain but I believe the console was a Magnavox from the mid to late 60s.
