I'm finally moving up from a CRT to a nice 42" Panasonic Plasma and at the same time thought it would be nice to mount the Plasma on the wall and figured i'll move my current monitors (JA Rm7XL) into a different room and go with an on wall speaker.  If I was just interested in home theater I would be less picky, but I will still be listening to alot of 2-channel in this room so I want a nice neutral On Wall speaker.  Looking for something in the 1K to 2K range, the TV is 27" high so something near that height.

Congrats on the new display, I look forward to eventually joining you with an on wall tv.

For on wall speakers, you might consider the Totem line.  Vince apparently began with on wall designs, and eventually converted to the original Model 1.

Here is a review that seems to be positive.  Certainly worth a look.

I did own Totem Rokk speakers for 10 years, and have enjoyed the Model 1's in the right room too.  Not perfect, but attractive, and good.
