I've always wished I could send an e-mail to one person with a file attachment and CC a bunch of other people with the same message, only WITHOUT the attachment.   Only one guy needs the file but everyone concerned just simply needs to know I sent the dang thing.  Is this possible with any software out there?  Attachment to the TO but not the CC?  Thanks!

There's no way to do this other than sending two messages - one with the attachment and one without. 

If you have a place to put the file, you could just include a link to the file and then the one person who cares can download it and the rest can just read the message.
