Need a pair Sylvania GB 5687 tubes

I've been scouring the internet looking for a pair of Sylvania GB 5687 tubes to try in my SWL 9.0SE.
From what I read, this seems to be the tube to try to warm up and get some bloom out of this pre-amp (don't have the rectifier mod yet).

Can't find these anywhere.
Can anybody help?
