I have a pair of lace wood hotrods that are going to be up for sale very soon (in about two or three weeks. I have the factory boxes, and will want about $700.
These speakers in lace wood went for $1995 new.

Gary, where are you located? I have a pair in the standard light Cherry finish but would be interested in your pair. Thanks.

I think that Max and I have completed a deal on them already. So I guess the sale is pending me getting off my butt and boxing them this weekend (plus making shipping arrangements), and the payment of course. I never knew that there was so much interest in the Meadowlarks, and I really wanted them to goto a good home.

Oh! and I almost forgot!! My new Odysseys will be in my living room in about eight days!
Yes seven days and about two hours counting!! I yet to see the wood they used, but I've heard that it's a very, very interesting piece.

the lacewood on my speakers is much more figured than the picture. Almost looks like someone hand painted little scallops in it. Very unusual. But saying this I think I'd love to have a pair made of snakewood!

Thanks Gary, and Gary.  I'll get some photos once they arrive.  I'm a former owner and I really liked them.
