so, i'm probably the only person alive that needs this but in the wacky world of audio who knows? i had this custom made
by ALO to input my modded squeezebox into a channel islands headphone amp. if you have a headphone amp you could input anything with an rca out into it. you could, oh i don't friggin know. it's just too beautiful a cable to throw in a box in the basement. approx. 12" long (i will include some 12" rca blue jeans cables to give it a little more length which i decided later i needed). the cable was based on this one but mine has a full size 1/4 headphone jack (and obviously is shorter):
