VAC 30/30 TUBE ROLLIN' with WE 300B's

VAC 30/30 TUBE ROLLIN' with WE 300B's

 :D anyone out there slap a set in the little VAC30/30,are the big Western Electric tubes friendly to the VAC????Thks for any word.... :D

I have no experience with the 30/30 Pat, but would talk to Kevin.  My experiences with tube rolling in VAC gear always leads me back to the tubes Kevin selects for and tailors his gear to..I just somehow always prefer them...I'm not the only VAC owner I know to have experienced that as well....

 :D hi Art,how are things,hope the big man Santa stop by for you and yours.I ran this same thread before and i think George also said the same,VAC tubes do a good job.There is a set of 4 WE's on the AG right now.Got me thinkin'.How are you likin' the big 9's ???? thks  Pat :D

Hi Pat, I went down this path with the 300.1 and bought 8 of the Gold Lion reissues, they are really nice, but somehow what Kevin does with his is just more pleasing to me overall....the 9's are fabulous, I wish more people could come and experience them and see Denny's cabinetry, just wonderful....have a second 300.1 being built now, so the New Year should be exciting!

 :D   WHAT!!!! Another VAC 300,that's real sweet,one for each side,man here comes dynamics and serious detail:drool:.Santa did slide by here and was very kind,dropped off a DNA500 and a set of Revelations shipping in a couple weeks.Should be cool.Happy times all-around...... :lol:

 :D  Ted is hearing a sister system in his home right now.SP boys dropped the Revs off last night.Most likely freakin' him out right about now :o.He's a lucky man. :D

Still waiting for the Mini's....but I'm fine....got my TP's here...so no rush.
And.....yes....still working hard....its always that way... :?
Ted's got a nice setup now.....yours is just down the road.

 Have Bob and Jason drop by to deliver yours....would be a nice trip up north for them.... :wink: (just kidding).

Sorry guys... I've got limited Internet access over the holidays (and usually dial-up at that), so I was a bit slow to move the topic to a more appropriate circle.
