The R-v2 designation reflects our on going efforts to exploit the virtues of high purity, high Q silver based cabling while continuing to avoid the compromises of typical silver offerings - brightness, forwardness, edginess ... all the things that I and others usually find offensive with silver cabling to one degree or another.
The recent introduction of the R-v2 designation to the "P"!!! was inspired by the developments incorporated into our Alethias! Speaker Cables and AC Line Cords and has to do with a new spacer between the conductors that is approx. 60% air and a new build technique where there is Zero tension applied to the conductors during the entire build process. As is much of what we do with our cabling, these innovations are unique to RSAD.
The results are not inconsequential and offer important improvements over the previous "P"!!!.
