I am selling the rest of my existing system. I did not think I would part with this Dac.
It is the best digital I have owned and holds it own with cost no object designs. Truly an impressive piece with sound quality that never ceases to amaze me.
All you need is either an inexpensive cd player as a transport or better yet a squeezebox or computer (with usb to spdif converter like the Trends UD-10) and this dac and you will be grinning from ear to ear.
This package includes the following: Altmann Attraction DAC with jisco and high resolution options in 9/10 condition, brand new Mundorf Supreme Silver/Oil caps that I was going to use to replace the stock dac output caps, high quality battery cable for connecting the dac to battery. If picking up the dac in Troy, MI 48098 I will also include the Optima Yellow Top battery I used with great success. I will not ship the battery.
To order this setup new right now would set you back just under $2,000 and about 6 week wait.
