Immediately following the casting process, the raw copper wire is coated witha military grade enamel, therefore eliminating oxygen permeation. The process is absolutely state-of-the-art resulting in a crystal grain structure exceeding 100 meters in length (allowing many interconnects to be manufactured from a single grain of copper).
