Help needed with tonearm set up

I was wondering if any Rega owners out there, or anyone with a RB300 type arm can help me with the distance of the spindle to tonearm pivot?

I have a protractor that helps with the fine tuning but it isn't very helpful in guiding the macro placement of the tonearm relative to the platter.  I know there are a couple of rega owners out there.  Anyone willing to break out a tape measure and measure the distance between the spindle and the pivot?

TIA,

JoshK

Hmm, the moderator/webmaster's signature reads:

I wonder if he really knows what he's talking about... :?

JaS uses a Technics SP10.

I think that should answer your question.

It is still slightly unclear, but I think I have deduced that this measurement should be 222mm.  Anyone with a Rega arm willing to confirm?

Thanks!

I am pretty close to done setting up the Teres but only had a little bit of time the past two nights to work on it.   I am trying to make my arm pod flexible for additional arms done the road.  I am also thinking of adding a second arm pod for two arms.   The second arm would be for a cheap arm/cart setup for those questionable records you get in dumpster dives.

Josh,

If you don't have it already, pick up the Hi-Fi News Analogue Test LP.

The protractor that comes with it is very useful in setting your overhang.

The bias setting tracks are great for dialing in your anti-skating.

I do know that Chris Brady of Teres uses this to set up his personal table.
