Teres Audio?
« on: 29 Nov 2007, 08:05 pm »
Anyone know what happened to this company? After I spoke to the owner (Chris) on 11/20, I sent money via PayPal shortly after for the VTF adapter. Over a week later nothing has arrived and I cannot get a hold of anyone. Voice mails and e- mails go unanwered and now their message box is full!  When I spoke to Chris, he gave no indication that he was going to be away. Now I am getting nervous. Thanks.

No Idea.....but Chris is a stand up guy.
And I doubt very seriously that the Company
has gone belly up.

But I can appreciate your anxiety.

I agree. Not to worry. Chris will come through. People don't always realize that this is not his main line of work. He could have been called away for business, or just the pressures of the recent holiday.

Thank you all. I just received a message from Chris about being out of town for a family emergency and  that I will get the adapter when he returns. My anxiety attack is over.

Chris is a good guy. I personally support those people / businesses that truly love and support the audio community, and will go out of my way (270 miles to be exact - and pay full list price for 3 pieces of Ayre hardware) to not do business with people who give high-end audio a bad reputation.

I've purchased 2 tables from Chris, if that tells you anything. If I'm ever in the position to buy a third, Teres Audio will be on the short list.
