Chinese Red Wine

Hi Everybody

I read Neil (Off The Grid Audio) introduced himself as the new Canadian dealer and I thought I would take the opportunity to follow suit, introducing ourselves as the new Hong Kong and China representative.

The correspondence between Neil and Loftprojection is well understood; it is often the case that by the time the retailer sells an audio product, the price is astronomical!

We too have only recently taken on the Red Wine product line but we already represent people such as Audio Note Japan/Kondo, Living Voice speaker etc. and so we do have some experience dealing with quality audio products.

Anyway, the reason that I write is to confirm that our policy will be the same as Neil’s, that is, while we will provide the opportunity for people locally (and Hong Kong is an awfully long way for somebody to travel to hear a Red Wine set up in the States!), they won’t pay any more in Hong Kong or China if they buy the equipment through us rather than “direct”.

We look forward to supporting Vinnie and Red Wine products, adding them to the list of what, we consider, to be the very best audio products available.

Very best wishes to all fellow enthusiasts and happy “off the grid” listening!

Jonathan:

Congrads on that good ear and the decision to carry Vinnie's line  :thumb:.
Indeed, the world is getting smaller (not flatter, as some economist like to say).
Isn't this how diplomacy should work ,
hands across the water, and all of that?
I hope Vinnie's expansion plans can keep up with the exponential demand that
will surely hit when this new market opens up  :).

Hi nonoise,

That's the plan.  This is going to be both challenging and fun at the same time and I am looking forward to it!

Thanks,

Vinnie

Jonathan,

Welcome!  I live in HK and have an RWA modded Olive Musica which I had bought direct from Vinnie in mid 2006 but I'm glad to hear about your policy as it will help open up the HK market.  Given that it is the norm in HK to live in a high-rise flat, we can really benefit from battery power.  I may go totally off the grid with a Sig 30.2 or 70.2 at some point down the road, replacing my tube pre-amp and digital amp (as well as my balanced power supply).

Vinnie - keep up the great work building great products + building distribution!

Regards,

- Jay
