I do some design work for Frank and always have problems with COMCAST, his web service. I am constantly denied access for e-mail and stuff like that. Any one else having problems?

By the way, what a horse-shit company Comcast is to deal with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, I have problems getting through as well. I would rather deal with equipment issues in a more discreet manner (ie. e-mail) than to discuss it through a forum.

I sent an email to Frank a couple of days ago and he responded the next morning.  I guess I was lucky.

Yes, I like to be discrete about certain topics as well. I have found that if you e-mail just a few times to Frank, Comcasts' system thinks your a spamer and blocks your address. It's just so frustrating.....oh well.
