I noticed in the credits that Vin Diesel was the "Executive Producer" of this Anglo-European film. Essentially, this was mostly a British cast with Olyphant being the "American draw".
Set mostly in Russia, Olyphant was trained from childhood to be a super assassin who mostly eliminates bad people. Like most Brit action movies it lacks something in coherence but if you want brutal, up close killing this is for you.
Olyphant seemed to have a bit of trouble carrying over as a brutal, cold blooded type. His Russian hooker hostage was plenty of eye candy and provided the "humorous" lines.
I would say wait for the disk.
Vin got bent over on this project--it lacks a lot.
