Hmm, looking at that picture again, looks like we've got the same Center too Robin!!

And I've got you Brian to thank for turning me onto this Usher X-616 center,, it's more in line sonically with the Lorelei's and any other that I've tried. It's an awesome center, so good that there's a rear center 5' behind my chair!  :thumb:

BTW, the center stand is solid oak stand patterned after Sound Anchors design and made by Timberlands.  :D

Robin

Glad to help out!  You've got to be one of the only guys around who's center stand actually outweighs the speaker and with the x-616 that's saying something!

Those look nice, Eduardo.  What size are those, in terms of diameter?  Also, how many are you using under each speaker.  My Loreleis are just on the carpet and I've been looking for some kind of spike to raise them just a bit.

Hello, well, each feet consists of three parts, base, top/cone holders and mounting plate, and the three mini cones for each. Height is around 1/2 or 3/4, diamater around 1 1/2.

Maybe you can get some, if not from US from Canada, I do not have in stock now.

They work nice and are very easy to accomodate under the speakers, not so complicated as putting cones underneath.

Prices well it varies, here at 15 USD each http://www.av-outlet.com/en-us/dept_252.html

I ALSO USE THEM BETWEEN SMALL CARPET (IN FACT AN INDIAN INDIVIDUAL TABLE-CLOTH) and speakers, I use in fact at bottom a carpet turned upside down so it can slide, on it the indian individual table-cloth and between this and speakers the TRI Absorbers. I did this carpeting because my room is small and I need a base that can slide on the floor more easly, because for demo or dedicated listening I better position my speakers, in general situations I place them a little closer to wall.

Normally TRI Absorbers are not visible.

(I hope I described well and you understand what I meant, if not I later send you a picture)

best regards

Thanks for all the info, Eduardo!  And, yes, I do understand about the carpet.  Much easier to slide the Loreleis than pick them up.  I just about broke my back lugging those guys up my stairs!
