Looks like a nice amp if you can hang with 5w.  I know many have gotten good sound from an EL34 in SET.  The circuit looks straight forward and SAC makes nice stuff.  The price is right, I don't think you can really go wrong.

I have a Sac Minuet ordered and on the way from Aural Thrills...will arrive Nov. 15. I'll let you know how she sounds. I'm currently using an ASL AQ1005 300B amp on my LaScalas, which I like a lot. That and a Sonic Impact Super-T amp will be the basis for comparison.

The next page says the Minuet is sold old, unless I am missing something.

Also, shipping is kind of expensive, but I guess that is to be expected.

From what I understand, Sac's current production run of Minuets is sold out...and yes, shipping is a bit pricey from Thailand. Aural Thrills is the U.S. distributor for Sac though, and they're selling the Minuet at $499 delivered, with 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
