Hi, I have bought some days before a SP2. to the ignition says "SP2 OS v 1.06 Aug 27 2006".
Is this the last version?

Sorry about the delay. Here are the latest versions of the SP2
software. The April one is the last official release, and the October
version is a beta version. Please advise if you find any problems with
the beta version.

I found attached the last firmware sp2-2.zip (192K)
During weekend i hope to test the firmware.

It is still on the august 2006 version (without DOLBY EX for example)...

First, i'm waiting for the french retailer to lend me a CDP so that i can make a good test with it (actually i'm playing my CDs on my TOSHIBA HD XE1  so bad as a drive... so i'm sure to be more than pleased with your player) !!!!
I'll be able to do a more subtle test with the TAG that i'll get back for this comparative earing.
Then, if i like your player (i don't doubt it)... i'll have to wait for the money to get in (i'm spending a bit too much at the moment (JVC HD 100 and Blu-ray player coming up))
