This is the well-reviewed, wonderfully smooth and revealing NOS Ack! Dack! version 1.3 (known as 1.3 since it's documentation is version 1.3; Ack! calls it technically version 1.2e, the latest before v2). Its great sound comes from a simple yet powerful design architecture that allows NOS D-to-A to occur "off the grid" in a battery powered mode. The DAC comes with the charger, manual, and I will throw in a BlueJeans Cable BNC-to-RCA SPDIF digital cable (Ack! Dack! comes standard with a pure 75 OHM BNC SPDIF connection). This DAC had light use and was never moved from the rack. I will sell for $325, including shipping to CONUS. Any Canada or overseas shipping is paid by the buyer. Paypal add 3%.
