Bluejeanscable.com (or something like that) has quality cable from what I understand at resonable prices.

second the blue jeans recommendation above- they do have the HDMI to DVI (I use their HDMI cables and am happy).

I have a 20ft one - don't remember the brand but think it is from Monoprice - that I bought off ebay. Works fine and is pretty beefy.
