Sausage and Mustard.

Right... We need to cut the mustard!

 :guitar:
Ok. Changing the scene a bit here...
Sausage, Wurst, chorizo, korv, hot dog, what ever you call it, needs mustard.
Ever so often I'm in sweden or maybe germany.
When I am I always get me a wurst or a "korv" (Swedish for sausage).
I like it! I've tried lots of types over the years! It's a , or I think of it as a Swedish or a German tradition.
But I'm sure this also is regarded as good cuisine elsewhere!

:nono: In Chicago where there is a Hot Dog Stand on every other corner; it is a blasphemy unto the lord to put ketchup on a hot dog.  It is just not done. Better to be a cub fan in a White Sox house or vice versa or even a Green Bay Packer fan in Chicago; it is taken that seriously!

Oh!

Well! Tell me about mustard's then! I have several types myself!
What is better? What is the name of the best mustard?

Lets see, what do I have...
I have Idun mustard (A Norwegian Mustard "house" since 1932!)
I normally use several of their products, but especially those in glass containers are super!!!
This one: is Idun coarse mustard. It is just awesome!
(The name Idun is a norse viking type name for a woman.)
