The Peter Malick Group- "New York City"

I just picked this one up a few days ago.  For those who haven't heard it, it features Norah Jones on vocals.  I haven't read the liner notes yet (I've been just listening, not reading it), but I think it was recorded before her breakout solo album.  At any rate, it's a great album, or rather EP, as it has just 7 songs, including a radio edit version of the nominal "single".

Stylistically it's a little jazzier and "jauntier" than here solo album, and a little less "breezy."  I like it a lot, I just wish it had more songs!

You reminded me that Norah had a life before "Come Away":

near the bottom lists her appearance with Charlie Hunter (as well as others).
