Bugle on the blink

Having some issues....one of my power tabs was loose, I got that sorted and the Bugle worked fine again.  It happened again yesterday; this time I re-soldered the tab.  Voltage is good, 14V each side with my SLA's.  But, all my amp sees is some thick swirling noise when I adjust the volume, it also makes my tubes do funny things.  I've disconnected it and everything works fine with CD.  There's no music signal coming out of the Bugle, nada.

I'm thinking maybe one of the chips is fried?  How would I go about checking that?

I've had the Bugle 18 months and I've been very happy with it.

What voltages are you getting on pins 4 and 8?  Any dc offset on outputs?

Nope, nothing.  I suppose a solder joint may have gone bad... I'll post a pic.

Here's a pic.  The ugly blob near the upper left corner (re-redone and just tested again, same results), that's the power tab that was giving me trouble.

Here's a slightly larger one.

Yes, check power supply pins on opamps.  Also dc output on each (not just last one).  If any of the pin 1's or pin 7's are far away from 0V, then that opamp is likely bad.  Or there is a nearby solder problem.
