Flattery will get you business, GIK

I was on the fence about trying the GIK diffusors until I saw two pics of my room on their new home page!

A pair is now on the way.

I just moved into a new room, and instead of dicking around with the electronics again I thought I would try some better absorption products (currently have some poorly self-built panels of 703).  I just placed my order for four 244 panels in off white.  Really looking forward to this whole process. :D

Hoff, take it from someone who has recently seen the light....treat that room, man!!!  :thumb:

To take nothing away from the other guys who have products represented in this forum, you can't go wrong with GIK. Glenn and Bryan are great guys to work with, and the value you get out of the products is pretty solid :)  I've been watching a lot of older movies lately, and one of the seats is a few feet outside of the left speaker...before treating the room, the sound was pretty lousy over there. Vocals in particular were damn near unintelligible. But I shit you not, now that I've treated the room the sound at that seat is crystal clear. I haven't been able to shut-up about these things since I picked them up a couple weeks ago

Good luck!

Testify brother. :thumb: As I've told Glenn a hundred times, I'd rather see someone buy from a competitor than to do without.

Thanks, Ethan :)  The fact that you and Glenn (and the Eighth Nerve guy) take the time to participate in here and together help us make sense of this aspect to the hobby, that's a pretty cool thing.  :D

I've gone back and read a LOT of the threads in this forum, so obviously I've benefited from all the information you've shared, just as I have from Glenn, Bryan, and everyone else. I'm not much of a DIY guy, so I'm thankful that I have the opportunity to learn from the best  :thumb:

   right on!

I have the advantage of living with one of the most cynical and skeptical people I know - my brother. And when I can have him sit and listen to some music or watch a movie and know that he's impressed with the improvements, that says a lot! But I tend to always give my guest the "good seat", cause I love to show off my rig....so to be able to sit off-axis and have things cleaned up like they have, I'm pretty damn happy :)
