Noisy batteries

Is it true, that if you store noisy electricity in your batteries, then you will have noisy power when using the batteries?

I think it was Janet Byme, who, after extensive research, determined that atoms have a quantum memory.  Appears they are in fact, living atoms, complete with memories, emotions, and attitudes.  They seem to be quite resentful of being charged hard in the morning.

Is this just another hoax?

The fallacy here is of course that while atoms obviously and quite indisputably have memories, emotions, and attitude, individual electrons do not.

This leads to many misconceptions and misunderstandings.

If they are unhappy being tightly confined to a battery won't they be very happy to be released into your device?  :)
I have a couple of friends who use battery powered DACs and they swear that its a whole lot better than having it normally powered off the wall. I have yet to hear them say it it sounds different each time the battery is recharged.
