Just curious how things are coming along? What kind of timetable will the rest of the SONGTOWER series be available?

Hi   I know that Jim is very busy finishing up the speakers he'll be taking to the Rocky Mountain Audio Fest.  I'm not sure about the sub, since I'm  not involved.  The center channel is done.  The surrounds just have to be tweaked to adjust for a slight change in the woofer mounting position.  I'll be gone all next week at a chamber music workshop in Maine, but I'll finish the surrounds when I return.  So my rough guess is that Jim will be ready to start building the whole HT shabang in about 3-4 weeks, after he gets back from RMAF, assuming the sub is on schedule.

Dennis is right on the center channel and surrounds.  The first center channel will be done toward the end of the week.

As for the sub, the first SongSub (in maple) is now finished.  I will post pictures and details tomorrow.

Will the Song center be at the RMAF?

The current run of SongCenter speakers are all spoken for and I doubt we will have time to build more before RMAF.  I'll post some pics before then, but probably won't have any for the fest.  Customers always come first.

Jim - I understand.  I don't see many people bring centers to the RMAF anyway. 

Can you give the dimensions for the SongCenter?  It doesn't look like specs are listed on the website yet.

Have you come up with a 'final' price for the SongCenter?  I thought you told me ~$695??  Or maybe that was posted in a thread here?  Will it be offered with a 'package' price like the sub?

Yes, it will be $695 if purchased separately and $649 if purchased along with SongTower QWT's. 

A complete Song-series HT system (SongTowers, SongCenter, SongSurrounds and a SongSub will result in a $250 savings on the entire package.
