I have been collecting parts, but it doesn't look like I will have the time to build this. I have added some parts and made the table a little more legible:

Prices in chart are $US as of November 13/07. I would prefer not break up the lot. I would like $50US shipped, but would entertain offers.

P.S. Ferrite Beads are not on the Hagerman parts list but required.
The two switches are the solder lug/chassis mount equivalents of the board mount part on the Hagerman list.
The last two parts are BNC jacks that you may want to use instead of RCA's
There is an extra switch for a "roll-off" switch.

If there are any questions, I can provide a spreadsheet keyed to the Hagerman price list with substitutes, etc.

I also can add the pot #P2T3503, and switches GH7102-ND, 360-1795-ND (2). These are the same switches as on the Hagerman list, but with solder lugs and threaded for chassis mount.
