I know a lot of you have met my Wife and might be interested in this. At the weekend she did her first of two body building shows. In the figure catagory she placed sixth and in the body building she placed third. Here are a couple of links to some photos of her from the NANBFs website.

She worked so hard at the gym and watched every mouthful that she ate. She has another show in O'Fallon in about 5 weeks time and she's hoping to place higher in it. I'll post photos from it when they become available.

I actually got to have Papa Johns on Sunday night. The dieting and working out started out again yesterday night.
