P-8: XLR pre-out: which pin is hot? 2 or 3?

I got the P-8 in Hongkong. New to the family.
I know XLR pre-out is NOT true Balanced, but I will connect it to my Power Amp's XLR anway (which has pin 3 HOT).
Please advise P-8 side which pin is HOT such that I can avoid "phase" problem.
Thanks.....

Hi,
We follow the most common XLR definition:
Pin 1 = Shield ground
Pin 2 = Positive balanced signal
Pin 3 = Negative balanced signal
You may want to double-check the power amp configuration, Pin 3=Hot is rare.
