If you have the right speakers, this amplifer is incredible!
You have all the SET magic with none of the expensive SET tubes!
One of the coolest things is the option of using the high pass filter that is built in...everything from 100 hz and lower isn't sent to your high efficiency speakers (unless you want to run them full range, you can, hence the second set of rca inputs).
Here is an excerpt from Roger Modjeski's site:

Conservatively rated at 2.5 watts. No feedback. This is a little gem is hand crafted in solid walnut with black top. We now mount the top with 4 hidden pins and one screw for easy access.

No bias adjustments, just plug and play.
Silent at your speakers. Music Reference amps are praised in the industry for their low noise. Hum is less than 0.25 mV and hiss less than 0.02 mV, quite an achievement in SET design.
Adequate damping factor of 8 has been achieved without feedback.
Distortion is under 2% at half power and predominantly second harmonic. Distortion this low gives higher definition to complex passages than most SE amps.
Two sets of gold input jacks; one full-range, the other set at 100Hz highpass, 6 dB/octave. (changeable to another frequency or useful to daisy chain your preamp to another amplifier or subwoofer).
This remarkable modern tube is inexpensive ($60 in precision gain matched pairs from RAM TUBES). The single bottle contains both the driver and output tube.
Gain is 12 dB and thus will not amplify preamp output hiss or hum as higher gain amps will. Sensitivity is 1volt input for 2.5 watts out. Input impedance 150 Kohms.
Size 12” wide, 6.5” deep, 3.5” high.

I have gone to less sensitive speakers, and so this fine amplifier has to find a new home.
Please review my 100% positive feedback on Audiogon and buy with confidence. I will pack very carefully so it will arrived inthe same nice condition it is in right now. there is a very minor nick on the vertical edge of the wood to the right of the power switch that I can't even photograph, but you can feel it with your nail. Otherwise you would be hard pressed to tell it from new, both cosmetically and sonically.
$525.  shipped and insured to lower 48. Please email me for pics.
