Use Help Desk for support, upgrade and audition

Please don't send me personal message for support related issues (I get that from time to time). Go to the Nuforce website and use the Help Desk system.
We have several different people handling shipping, service, upgrade, etc and everything must be tracked using Help Desk Ticket ID.  The ID# is the only reference you need.  All your email, fax, shipping (even phone call) should refer to the Ticket ID.
