Hi fellas,

I have a pair of these subwoofers for sale. They use the awesome Adire Audio Koda 10 inch woofer with XBL2 technology and a

one way xmax of 18 mm and a peak to peak Xmax of 36 mm or 1.5 inches peak to peak! Sealed enclosure with a

Qtc of about 0.6
F3 is about 20-25Hz depending on configuration: Parametric equalization and bass boost from 20 to 50 Hz

(continuously variable) and from 0 to 6 dB. 4th order Linkwitz Riley crossovers for Hi PASS and Low PASS from 50 to 150 hz.

Volume control and phase switch. IEC jack with standby switch. Amplifier is class A/AB at 200 watts into 4 ohms (the Koda 10 inch

here is a 4 ohm woofer
). The HS200 is an excellent discrete design complete with toroidal transformer. The Koda 10 inch woofer alone

retailed for ~ $180 and the HS200 discrete plate amplifier retailed for ~ $300. The enclosure itself is a beautiful black piano gloss finish.

See below:

As you can see it is a black piano gloss finish. 3/4 inch MDF throughout. Measures as a 13 inch cube.

If you want a sub that can compete with other awesome sealed subs out there like the ACI Titan, etc...this is fully competitive!

Price is $350 + shipping each. For those who want to purchase the pair: $650 + shipping. I have the original boxes.

They are in mint condition and I absolutely love them but I am currently building/designing an open baffle subwoofer system!

Thanks for reading,
Anand.

I have that sub with a different 250W amp. It sold for $600 from a Canadian Speaker web retailer, and I think they were an awesome deal for the price. I am moving to a smaller space or I'd buy another one to have a pair. I'm using them with Omega XRS speakers and they integrate well. Whoever picks these up is going to be very happy.

Dave,

Thanks for the plug. I know, I know, I'm nuts for selling these. But I'm dying to build my open baffle subwoofer setup!

I figure the price is very fair.

Anand.

Dave,

Were they fast enough to keep up with your Omegas? How low do they go?

Dave,

Its a fast sub with very little distortion relative to most subs, but I think the answer to your question depends on how picky you are. When I bought my Omegas Louis recognized it and said it was "good", but you might want to ask him for his opinion. I wonder how it compares to his new hemp sub....   I am very happy with it, and its not intrusive at all in my system.

As far as extension, I talked to Adire about the sub, and they said low 20s or better for typical in-room response if I remember correctly. I was surprised at how well it does for a 10 inch sub. One of them will load a medium sized room nicely, 2 would be even better.
