I would like to sell a pair of modified Studio One Pi speakers that were built by Fred. The cabinets are unfinished.

From Fred's website, here's a brief description of the speakers -
Woofer - 8" Eminence Alpha
Tweeter - GR Research GR-T6
About 95db efficient, easy 8 ohm load, first order cross over.

I bought the cabinets from Fred a few months after i heard these speakers during one of Dallas Audio Club Meetings.

Asking for $200.00 (Local Sale, please). I don't have any packing material, hence the desire to sell it locally.

These speakers sound wonderful, but i can keep only so many speakers in a 2 bedroom apartment.

I am interested in these speakers. By unfinished you mean no veneer as opposed to not put together, right? I live in NYC and can pick them up.

The speakers are without veneer. Just plain old MDF. I never got around to applying veneer on them. The edges are all rounded, so i think spray painting them would be easier.

I am in Dallas though.
