The only reason i'm selling is that I want to try and build my own tube amp.  This is a great value.  Comes with original boxes, instructions, warranty card (not sure if it applies to new owner).  I purchased the amp from the manufacturer about a year ago.

Sweet looking amp Rajan. Good luck with the sale. I like the way they sell factory direct, and at your $1000 seems like a nice deal. I especially like that the gain is only 20dB. A passive preamp, headamp and solid state 100 watt/8 ohms - nice combo!
