bundling interconnects?

Is it an accepted audiophile practice to bundle shielded interconnect pairs with techflex? Could the close proximity affect sound quality?

I have some bundled and some not bundled (I'm assuming you are referring to the LC-1), and I couldn't find a difference if you had a gun to my head. Where it DOES make a difference is in keeping things neat and tidy, and makes it easier to route things away from power cords and the like.

Yeah, the rats nest of cables behind my setup is driving me to distraction . My current cables are so stiff that they lift my SB, preamp, the little Trends amps and the dac. I'm about to place my order for the LC-1's so I'm pondering whether to have them wrap the IC's.

I would get them wrapped, for sure. Really does make things easier. Unless you have a situation where one cable needs to go out one side of the rack and the other cable goes out the opposite side, but that rarely happens. The LC-1's truly are great, and they are not all that stiff either.

maybe bundle with velcro and try them

it could be getting them clearly away from PCs outweighs any possible losses.

The project could be reversed if not.  My cables are also a mess and plan to try some experiements myself.  let us know what works for you :D
