I saw this movie and it was laugh out loud funny!!
It was reviewed very badly, but that is far from the truth. Im a relatively smart guy, open minded, and am accepting of pretty much everyone. A lot of Adam Sandler humor.. a kind of tolerance moral tale which is cool with me.
Id say one of his better movies in a long while. Enjoyed it.

Rob Schneider reminded me of Mickey Rooney from Breakfast at Tiffany's.  Can't recommend this film at all.

I saw this movie...it was OK.  The funniest scenes were with Ving Rhames "coming out of the closet."  His shower scene almost had me in tears, especially since I view him as a man's man.  He's a versatile actor and has played this type of character before but I've also seen most of his work and some in particular where he comes off about as hard a man as you can imagine and is down right macho intimidating. So to see him in this fashion in that shower scene etc... was hilarious to me.

I ended up watching this because it looked like it might be occasionally funny and because I'm a bit of a sucker for Jessica Biel. Didn't know Ving was going to be in it and was glad that he was because he was great in his part. Was pleasantly surprised that it turned out to be funnier that I thought it was going to be. Sure, it wasn't one of Sandler's funniest movies, but it was certainly one of his better movies over the last 5 years or so.

Will certainly be picking it up on disc when it's released.
