so, im thinking about getting a new ipod 80gb, but on my computer i have lots of doubles (two of the same song) so now if i get the ipod will there be lots of doubles?

In iTunes there's an option to "view duplicates". You can then select them and delete or remove from your library.

OK thanks. now one lsat question. I have two computers and my ipod says that my ipod can only be with one itunes. how do i change that so i can hook my ipod up to both computers and get music from both of them?

You can't, that’s why Apple says that it can only be with one iTunes. They didn't say that for shit and giggles.

You can Google third party programs that can access the iPod outside tunes.
