For sale is a YBA 2 Delta Linestage with remote control of volume, source and muting. Separate power supply. Excellent sounding solid state preamplifier with very careful attention to detail both sonically and electrically. Dual mono with a single button on the remote to raise and lower volume. Excellent condition. This was my preamp for a second system that sounded like a great idea, but didn't stand up to the attention needed for a two year old son.
So, I'm returning to my one tube preamp (more expensive than the YBA) based system. This YBA 2D preamp is about 7 years old, but looks pristine and operates flawlessly. Sonically, there is no grain to YBA products, and this one in particular. Almost, but not quite a tube sound. Certainly lower maintenance than my tube preamp and easier to use. The new retail on the preamp was $4,100, asking $1,250. I have the original box, manual and remote. I'm located in Los Angeles. Thanks for looking.
