As much as I like, and respect Bob, and who could deny JC's ability, I think it's a pretty lively discussion. Sometimes it's good for folks who are used to being worshipped to come down to earth a bit. .

PS: Welcome to the forum guys. You know when you have rollers like these around, your forum is that much cooler.

It's been quite amusing watching them take a stab at each other. Probably in the same light Pez/Tyson, Sa-Dono/Mad Dog do at each other but maybe in a slightly more serious tone.

Yeah..definitely interesting. Probably a bit too serious, except it looks like they're finally reaching some sort of resolution where they can all be happy.

And when does talking smack about MD's ears and system count as a stab?

I'm just completely honest with him about my thoughts of his system...he just humors me in return

It's good to see these guys on AC..and I'm happy to see them start to participate in this particular forum.

Maybe we could invite Judge Wapner (sp?) to facilitate "fight circle"? We could re-name the circle "Judge Wapner's Audio Court". I hear he did an animal court thing that didn't pan out and wants to get back into the big leagues.

Hmmmm....or maybe they just discovered another audio board to be worshipped at ? It must be a huge ego feed to those three to have a whole new bunch of fans drooling on them while trying to butt in on their quasi-intellectual public jacking off.

So far this has not been a quasi-intellectual jackfest, but a continuation of a feud that started on another site.

While it IS great to have all the new members that are either reviewers or manufacturers, I would hope that their contribution would be more than a pissing match.

So far I noticed that John Curl has made a post or two that has contributed to the forum in a positive way, and I very much look forward to the time that the others can end the dispute in the Critics Circle and contribute to our hobby as well.

I feel certain that time is close.

While I am not in (shock and) awe of the new members, as I think the manufacturers that have forums here are just as talented, I do respect what each of the new members have done in thier field. Whether that field is reviewer or amp or cable manufacturer, their contribution to our audio hobby has earned my respect.

Looks like the Crump/Curl/DeWulf discussion could have been prevented if DeWulf would allow printed comments about his reviews by the manufacture. Seems these amps are getting plenty of positive reviews and user comments, so the initial problems are resolved and now we just need Bob, John and Martin to kiss and make up.

While the men seem to be at odds right now, I'm wondering if a followup review of the amps might not make some sense?

Don't know if MGW wants to put anymore time/publishing on the amp, and don't know if Mr.'s Crump and Curl want to give him another review samples, but it could put things to rest.
