HagClock with DAC
« on: 25 Jun 2007, 09:00 am »
Hi Jim,

Can a HagClock be used in place of a normal 4 pin oscillator in a DAC (such as the inputs on an ASRC and a PCM1794) to provide a clock for SCK? If so, is it just a matter of connecting the HagClock to the oscillator output and ground?

Thanks,

-d

Technically no, because the HAGCLOCK requires plus and minus power supplies.  Otherwise yes, the output signal is compatible.
