One of the best albums I've heard amazing voice and talent.  However, the recording on cd is a bit harsh atleast it sounds that way on my tube cd player.  On any other cd player it plays well.

Nice stuff!

Picked this up today for my wife (2 months after she asked for it  :nono:)  For some reason I did not want to like this guy with his falsetto voice, Looking like Justin Timberlake's older brother, his wife is drop dead gorgeous yada, yada, yada.

Anyway, listened to this tonight at low volume and I must say it's a nice disc for its genre.  They did a great job of picking material within his range and style, even the stuff you think might be a stretch came off well.  The slow songs are sexy ( even taking those alone would make a very nice EP to get you in good with your lady) the uptempo stuff is urban and fitting but still within the framework of his voice and presentation.  He opens with a Marvin Gaye knock-off (a pretty good one I must say. I actually wanted more of this sound because I love Marvin Gaye [his voice doesn't have the power, intensity or depth of Marvin though) and I was thinking, this guy's a wanna-be lady killer... but as much as I wanted to not like it,  even after the few few songs it was evident this was going to be a solid disc.  it was an enjoyable listen and just won me over from start to finish. I enjoyed it much better than the new Seal "System" disc that's for sure.
