Since I have low definition cable telephone service, I doubt if a high definition telephone tweak would work on my system, and it probably would be diluted by all the equipment here under construction and in the testing stage. So sorry I will have to pass on this astonishing experiment.

Besides I can't find my hip waders that would be necessary to fend off the amount of go ga that would be involved.

You can be assured that everyone who bid anything got that email. He'll sell as many as he can per auction and pocket the dough. He doesn't need to be concerned with what he sells it for because he recovered his meager investment times 100 from the winner. The rest of you are gravy.

I advise that you make certain assumptions about GK's family lineage and move on empty handed because that's how you will be after you give him your money anyway.

This is all being done for a research paper to determine just how stupid audiophiles really are. You can't embarrass this guy. He is shameless. The best way to handle MD is to completely ignore it. No negative comments or insults. No notice at all. That's the way to put him away.

Of course, he'll be back 3 days later with a new name and a new hoax and we'll all be abuzz about it immediately. Can't win.

Is that the real story? Do you know that for a fact? Because that's the best answer I've heard yet, makes sense. I'd feel slightly better about humanity if I knew this guy was having some laughs for some school project or something. It's difficult to know what is real and what is fantasy in Hi-Fi.
