The best Rack of Lamb I ever had was at Le Petit Bistro in LA on the corner of La Cienega and Melrose. It's just the chops and pomme frites. Most excellent! And it's not an expensive place either. On my own, I have recently been using Rosmary in the seasoning and demi-glace for a little added touch. It goes well with a good bottle of CDP. Of course I think food is something to eat with a good bottle of wine rather than the other way around. aa
