Hiya Scott! Our Steak and Shake was on Main Street, and the cars used it as the turn around for cruising the strip. The call out, "Hey, I know you!" was plentiful, and we used it at other drive-in burger joints too. Good to hear from you.

Perseids are slowly coming to an end for another year - this year was an added treat as we also experienced Aurora Borealis. Cannot remember ever seeing Aurora in our local area and this is now the second time this year - looks like magnetic fields are a changing.

Ha - Thanks.
I set my camera on the tripod and had my wife push the shutter button when I got in the right location.
She didn't want to brave the walk out to the perch, since it's a couple of thousand feet to the bottom!
