Just a heads up for a new remastered release out today....The Traveling Wilburys.

It has been out of print for awhile, nice to see it back....reborn on Rhino....good remaster.

Circuit City has it for $17.99....2 Cds and a DVD.

I'll have to listen more, but my first impression of the re-mix is not so good. For example, in "Handle Me With Care" on the Circuit City sample, that signature drum whack between verses, which I always looked forward to has really been brought back in the mix. Liked the original much better!

Enjoying it so far.
I paid more than the 17.99 at CC but I did buy it at a local retailer instead of a big box merchant.

I didn't own it the first time around, as it wasn't really my thing at the time and by the time I wanted it it was out of print!

Edit: Ok, I can tell that this re issue is not so clear as the vinyl was back then.
Re-Edit: But compared to much of the re-masters out today from various artists and groups this baby is a Delight!!! And the dvd tracks do have a better sound quality... I'll say!!!
