Thorens 126 with an SME 3009 arm Questions
« on: 9 Jun 2007, 09:37 pm »
I have a client, with a Thorens 126 with an SME 3009 arm.

We are assembling many elements for a full system for him, including some phono cables.

Therein lies the problem.

The cables have a 5 pin JIS plug connector at the "arm" end.

He has said the Thorens/3009 has a connector that I have never heard of (according to his description it is like a "trailer hitch"???)

My 3009 Series III arm has standard RCA outs, so I have no idea what this connector he is describing is.

Anyone familiar with this arm? and or the connector he is describing?

Thanks Bryan,

I'll forward that to him.

Could be the answer.
