biasing a kt88

Hey guys,
I am trying to make sure the bias is right on this ming da mc88c. Apparently I am looking for .35v at the cathode resistor..?? From my searching, the cathode is pin 8. I know it is going to be to the right of the little locating spline. I just want to make sure this sounds right before I blow something or myself up.

Well I went ahead and opened it up, put a load on the speaker taps, measured the voltage at pin 8 and sure enough two were close and two were over a bit so I think I got it all figured out right. If I was measuring the wrong pin the bias pot is hooked up to it and it works. Another confirmation that pin 8 is the cathode would give me peace of mind though.
