No sound coming out from my 9100es via 2 channels output

After I upgraded to Mullard 5AR4 and enjoyed for a few hours, the two-channel outputs stop working. Six-channel outputs are still fine. Could the problem be the 5687 tubes? They seem working fine (light is on)... I do find out one thing. When I turn up the volume, I could hear the music faintly...
Does it mean bad 5687 tubes? I do not have any 5687 replacements on-hand so that I could try it out.

Anyone has similar experience?

Any feedback?

Appreciate.

It's what I hear (no music except faint) when I forget to turn on the outboard PS.  Maybe the umbilical to the 9100 is loose?

Sounds like no B+ voltage to the tubes, but there is obviously heater voltage (tubes light).  Check the umbilical connection and contact us to help you trouble-shoot this.

Thanks,
